45, late to the game and started a Roth IRA

Most of my money is split between my 401k and Roth 401k, I max out every year between the two of those. As far as retirement goes I have a good pension set up but I’m at the point where I need to invest more and I’m embarrassed to say I’ve neglected doing the Roth IRA (life got in the way). As part of my compensation I get RSUs and plan on just using some of those to fund it.

My question is, what is a good starting strategy for investments at my age? I’m not very risk adverse and kind of view my RSUs as just extra money at this point. I’ve never really cashed them out or spent them so I enough to fund my IRA until I retire.
