Living With Bipolar

I was diagnosed with Bipolar in February of this year after what seemed to be a year long mania spree filled with risky behavior, gambling addiction and impulsive decisions

After I was diagnosed i was in therapy and medicated. After months of trying to get my medication leveled out. I’m finally in a spot where I can finally see the path of destruction I left the last year.

I’ve stolen from my employer I’ve taken several credit cards out. I’ve played games with other people’s money. I’ve burnt bridges in denial of my mental illness.

I’m now slipping into my first low in months. I don’t see what I can do to get out. I know a lot of it can be holiday season related but it’s taking a toll on me.
