Has anyone used the guarantors service in the Pheonix valley area for getting an apartment ? : scottsdale Chandler gilbert

Ik apartment hunting and My co signer may not be able to fit the income requirement ( as I am on disability and can’t work as of the current moment battling worse and new conditions ) now that he’s retired and monthly pay is less with social security , even though he’s getting unemployment for 5 months and don’t know how much longer , I’m fearing getting approved as easily I have in the past . I see the guarantors service is a great option and even one complex said they prefer it over a human guarantor ( co-signer ) but not all accept it and just have to search the address in their website to see if it’s accepted . So I am covered with rent till I can get on my feet and get some good work from home income etc . I know condo owners can have more Leeway like asking for an extra month rent or security deposit etc whatever it takes I need to secure a place in 2 weeks .

Anyone have nay luck or success with it in this area and if so what complexes have you found take it and have any condo owners accepted it you found ? Any input of highly recommended places you found in scottsdale , chandler or gilbert despite these aggregating reviews of roaches mold horrible maintenance and management etc and finding place no carpet and safe environmentally once I view it has been a challenge. The places I found I loved of course got to their application hours before me . My last apt gave me life long autoimmune condition affecting my muscles and lungs and mold was the culprit and bad management , had more bug experiences there than anywhere I ever rented . So it’s made me more fearful and strict on finding my new home . Thank you ! Please only positive comments . I’m asking for input experience and non derogatory answers .
