Need some advice

VA Disability Claims :claim:

Long story short, I put in a claim for a bunch of conditions. I put some being caused by the PACT Act. At the time, I thought that was right. It wasn't. The main ones at play is chronic kidney disease and hypertension.

The rater came back and said that yes to hypertension being caused by pact act but no CKD. We all know that CKD is a secondary to hypertension.

My question is how do I go about this because I tried to refile CKD secondary to hypertension and they came back and said that I can't file that cuz I recently got denied for CKD being caused by Pact Act.

I know I probably have to file a supplemental or higher level review but I'm not sure what route to go.
