Vacuglide Sleeve Questions

When it comes to the different I.D.s of the sleeves. Do the larger diameter sleeves feel different during use? Or is the diameter more fr creating a vacuum seal? I guess what I'm wondering f I were to go up a size in diameter would that provide a less-intense experience?
