Game keeps freezing and lagging

Hey guys! Just got BeamNG and the game freezes often when I crash into something. Sometimes it also lags a TON. According to the game my GPU and RAM are good for the game (3050 6GB Mobile, 24GB DDR5), but my processor is the problem. I have the AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS. Is there any way to get my CPU perform better in the game without losing any graphics quality. The game is running around 60 to 100 fps on the 2nd lowest quality preset which Im happy with. Just with crashes it annoys me since I cant have Discord open while I play.
