Is is better to have 5 same faction formation with one purple and 4 gold, or have 4 same faction and 1 different faction, with all 5 being gold?

Example: 5 Wings of Dawn + 1 being 5 star purple 4 Wings of Dawn + 1 Blood Rose, all being 3 stars and same level
