Important Question Re: Applying to UC schools

I'm from Ontario and we have an Enhanced Learning Program where some of our STEM courses (like Math) have an E at the end of the Course code to indicate we took it at the Enhanced level. However, Ontario transcripts don't show this, BUT it will be explained by my guidance counsellor.

Should I report the course code with the E when I fill in the codes for my courses, to show I took it at the Enhanced level, even if that's not indicated on my transcript but IS in internal academic records + will be clarified by my guidance counsellor?
