Let us start to help incentivize volunteers across the country through social media boosting them to walk shelter pets to public places as shelter delegates increasing the social value for the shelter and to raise societal frequency with pet energy like a travelling circus and petting zoo also equipped with outdoor marketing signs for adopting or fostering the shelter animals and documenting engaging human interviews that include the animals as though they are spiritual movie stars being followed by the media for their high frequency unconditional animal love energy that they naturally emit?
