QC Ultra Gen2 Earbuds left side interference crackling?

In-Ear

I just bought a new pair of QC Ultra Gen2 Earbuds to update from my beloved QCII earbuds for the finally usable call quality.

Havent tested the call quality yet but noticed immediately that the brand new Gen2 pair has a low volume constant crackling/radio interference sound on the left earbud, nothing like that on the right one. It gets even worse when enabling multi-point. FW is on latest version. Since I often use them to get some quiet without listening to music this is starting to annoy me.

I heard that was an issue already with the original Ultras, and they haven‘t fixed it? My QCII never had such an issue. Im not talking about the general ANC noise floor, but a crackling sound which seems to react to bluetooth activity.

Does every Gen2 user have this? Don‘t wanna spend a lot of time on exchanging it when it‘s a design issue which affects all.

Any other Gen2 users who do not have the issue?
