Pvp help for begginer (solo PvP) (been in max 10 pvp fights)

Below icm talking about solo PvP (i'm overall a solo player)

I'd like you guys to help me choose a weapon that will be optimal for learning PvP. Ideally i'd like to play 1H spear but most people say that it requires a lot of knowledge and is hard to learn. I would love if the weapon that you (hopefully) will recommend me had some mobility. A second question i have is where do i take the fights (mists, CDs, open world, maybe smth else). I'm not afraid of losing my gear in BZ since i've got some good silver in my bank.
