How do I turn off a battery powered ring camera temporarily?

I have a battery powered Ring camera by my door and I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to temporarily turn it off without unmounting it or physically taking out the battery. I’m not trying to break anything or mess up the settings, just want it to stop recording for a short period of time and then go back to normal. I heard unplugging the wifi works?
