Avatar Commissions

Now this is a random question. Are there people who actually pay for Roblox avatar commissions. I don't mean like making custom avatar items and such I mean do people pay for someone to scroll the Roblox avatar shop and mash together items into an avatar? This isn't meant out of a place of hate, just honest curiosity.
