Allergy from Pain killers/NSAID

Hello,

I have observed that very few salts in the medicines suits me. For eg i have some pain and swelling on my nose currently

I told him only medicines like cefixime or cefpdoxime proxetil or azithroymcin or ofloxin suits me.

He gave me cefpodoxime proxeitl 200 mg to be taken twice a day and he also gave me combination of aceclefenac+paracetamol+serratiopepitade and fexofinadine and montelucast combination

On first day i toll only cefpodoxnine proxetil and no above anti allergic and no body itching happened.

Next day I first took acefolnec+paracetamol+serratiopepitade and no itching happened till 4 hrs. Then i took cefpodoxime. I felt two or three itching sensation on my body. Then i went away. Then i took the 2nd dose of above pain killer in night and after 1 hr i took cefpodxime and fexofenadine+ Montelusat. I again felt some minor itching came and goes away and then it came back again after few hrs.

why i faced such issues with medicines ? this goes on for many yrs whenever i take pain medication and antibiotic meds ? specially with pain killers. Doctors say only the above medicine is best for nose pain.
