Amending/Correcting medical records to to Misdiagnosis

Hello reddit NHS,

I have had multiple NHS staff falsify conditions I do not have and have been proven not to have. I have multiple rulings from the PHSO/ICO proving this. I have independent experts also state I do not have these conditions. Mutliple NHS staff have made false statements on my records. Things I have never said.

How do I resolved this is the NHS trusts agree to correct/amend records but they never actually do it... leading to more false records.... leading to more false records....
