Issues with Cloud Streaming

Hey all, I recently started trying to get my PS Portal to work with Cloud Streaming. I've used it many times in the past to Remote Play, but only just started looking into this piece. The problem that I am having is that I am unable to connect to any games. The same issue persists on my PS5 - I cannot cloud stream anything there either. Anytime I try, I receive a "Can't connect to server right now" error message.

I went through PS Support, and they recommended opening ports (which I did), along with other troubleshooting steps. I was unable to get either device to work with cloud streaming.

Has anyone else faced this issue? It's very frustrating as I'm sure I'm missing something simple. However, I've looked into all of my router settings and nothing stands out.
