I paid for boosting a reel, but nothing happened, after the payment the reel didn't show any boost. I feel cheated, even the dashboard is showing nothing.

2 days ago I tried to boost a reel for the first time on Insta from my business account. I paid for it and the money even got debited from my bank. Soon after the payment nothing happened on the page, it was just there. I kept checking and trying to find something but there was no solution. I even dropped a msg through the Help and Support but there has been no action.

Is there anyway I can actually reach out to their support? Email? Message?
