Moving home

We may be moving home next year. I currently have a charger installed in my house, and I am wondering what to do with it. Do I leave it in the expectation that it raises the price of the house, or do I get it moved to the new house (assuming it does not have a charger already installed)? I’m assuming that I should get my charger moved to the new house, but I’m curious what others have done in this situation.
