2025 X5 Sdrive40i CPO less than 20k miles parking assistant and climate, $55k OTD, good deal?

Good deal or not? Clean carfax, local personal owner, same dealer trade-in, dealer maintenance (two oil changes). I am mainly interested in the drivetrain and not having a PHEV or 2.slow from VW, Audi, or Volvo. Usual no snow or ice and just have a nice thing to drive from A to B and maybe even C.
