Coworking space unrequested renewal/credit reporting threats

I was auto renewed by a Spaces/Regus coworking space (Hale building Philadelphia) without my consent. I have been trying everything to reach someone to discuss the error and AVOID legal action, but they will not return calls or emails. Front desk will not even give me a name of someone to contact. Is there any way outside of suing to force or cajole someone into discussing the error because they are now threatening my credit and threatening legal action because I haven’t paid the exorbitant fees for a service I never asked for. It is all being down through robo-emails and even their collections people say there is no way to contact anyone in charge. Any suggestions? Whole thing has been kafkaesque.

Have reported to BBB and PA attorney general.
