Razer Blackshark V3 when connected with wire not showing up on synapse

I just bought this Razer Blackshark V3 (not pro nor x), it seems to connect 2.4 ghz pretty good but when i try to connect with wire for better mic, it fails to show up on the app and i also hear a little buzz on my left ear (where the wire is plugged in). pls help
