How to negotiate in offline stores?

Hey guys, as the title suggests I wanted to know how do you guys negotiate for phones in stores? Everywhere I go they quote higher prices than offline stores but I've heard people getting really good deals in offline stores especially vivo and oppo. I'm looking for a vivo x200FE 12+256 around 40-45k but it's out of stock online only 16gb is available that too for 55k. How to negotiate and get it lower?
