So I got into a NG+ by mistake

Has anyone else here by any chance got locked out into a NG+ by accident?

Since that happened I could not finish the DLC nor the chalice dungeons.

Also, how do you find the third umbilical cord? If I’m not wrong I had 2/3

And I guess I’ll have to hustle again to get both the last weapon and the moon sword, but hey, at least I got to do the first area fed up (BL120)
