Help! Account has been banned for "created an account to evade a ban"

I am wondering if anyone can help with any information on what I can do to restore my account. On the 8th October, my account was banned and I've been doing appeals ever since and none has been accepted. I think it may have been caused by my brother, because he said how he may have done inappropriate things on his account as his reason for termination was different than mine, and I wasn't even involved with anything he did, and we use same WiFi so that's probably why my account was banned too. Does anyone have any instances where their accounts have been restored, and if so what did you do? Thank you :)
