Alternative VK suggestions??

Guys...lately I have been getting complaints regarding VK's access. Since its a Russian website, it might be banned in some countries. Also using a VPN is not helping. Even Im facing problems like slow uploads and the page taking a very long time to open. Exisisting users are also not being able to login. Plus there's a chance of the account being hacked as well. VK has been really problematic in recent times. Never had this issue before. So I was wondering if you guys could suggest me websites similar to VK where I can maybe re-post the videos there? Sites like Xhamsters, XVideos etc. wont work because of KMG being copyright material.
So any suggestions would really help.
