Grok free limit updated and lowered

It seems like in the past day the free limit has been lowered from a lot, really, to something like 3-10 prompts. I'm talking about the normal chat and not image generation. For testing, I also tried using different accounts on different browsers, VPNs, even a virtual machine, and the limit was kept short on all occasions

Are you experiencing the same lowered limit? Is this the measure that's been talked about, that was supposed to roll out to cut on power costs?
