Pay Transparency for Client Engineering

New grad walking into IBM CE as a platform engineer, also coming off a prev internship with company. Wondering if I should settle for SWE roles that aren’t commission based or move forward with IBM.

I would love to hear from current engineers what your compensation looks like, and considering it is commission based, if it is consistent. Looking to get a lot of responses to get a very broad idea, but NYC specific answers would help greatly. Especially within Public and National Markets.
