Issue with GBP?
My company relies very heavily on leads from GBP. We use Semrush's Local Rankings tool to monitor/scan twice a month. We noticed when our 12/1 scan ran, we literally disappeared from the map for some terms. Example:

This is not consistent across our 200 locations and their five keywords per location, but definitely a wide spread issue. Today when I started doing some local searches on desktop, I noticed Google is not displaying map results beyond the top 10. Here are the steps I followed.
- Google any location + service. For example "Hair Salons Pittsburgh" and click 'More Businesses"

- Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the right arrow button (which I believe is different than previously):

- Land on a page that regardless the term, always says:

My coworkers have replicated this. It's happening in Chrome and Firefox. It's NOT happening on mobile/safari.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a bug, user error, algo update? Thanks for any insight!
