Remote climate for winter

Hi! I can’t seem to figure out how to autostart the climate control properly. I can turn it on from the app, sometimes, but it doesn’t turn on the seats or the steering wheel. It seems you can set it to automatically start from the infotainment center and I was able to say M-F at 8am, but it hasn’t actually turned on automatically. I think I also told the car to turn on the steering wheel and heated seats. Do I have to turn it on from the app? Do I have to physically go outside to turn the car on? It says something like “turns on when unlocked,” but then what’s the point of setting the timer? Any guidance is much appreciated! I have a 2025 ID4Pro
