Zutomayo Instagram streams

At the time of posting, I'm "watching" a Zuto stream. But, is it normally ASMR on her Instagram? Some members of the chat seemed confused, but some seem to just be enjoying the stream.

Also, she keeps washing her hands. She's done it like 5 times in the past 15 minutes lol.
