After more than 50 tries, getting close to 100 I think, I managed to beat the challenge of reaching room 46 in the first day, so there were no upgrades, no previous preparation, and no saved resources. Only luck, judgement, luck, perseverance, and luck.

The day started as many others, with Closet up, wich gave me a key and a dice, a short but useful trip to the east for resources where I got Secret Garden key, and the journey to the west. Den got the Utility closet, a lucky Security Room help me draw Garage(power conductive rooms ofter attract other power conductive rooms, that's thy Darkroom often gives Furnace or Archives), the Chapel gave me a secret passage wich I used for an orange room, knowing it would be probably locked, and that's how I got the secret garden I needed. The next significant room was Drawing room from Boudour, Courtyard left me with only one gem, and Patio gave me not only 2 easy to get gems, but also a shovel and Workshop, wich connected to Laboratory, where I started the experiment where opening security doors set my steps to 40. Best part? Lab had a security door, and also the gymnasium i made from Courtyard before going to Patio. I drafted Darkroom, decided to go back to Utility closet to also pick on fruit, went back to gimnasium to open the security door and get my steps to 40, and I drafted a perfect fitting foundation.

That's the point where I figured out I could actually do it this time, so I went to Garage, got the Tomb without using the dice i got, cleared mine, and again to the upper ranks, were Darkroom let me put a Boiler room, and Great Hall, when I still had the key from Garage. I was ready to use all my keys, but only the first one let me get both three gems and open the east antechamber door. I ate the dinner from what I drafted on boiler room, Lavatory was useless as always but now it was off my deck, and in Foundation I spent gems for Office, drafting a perfect Conference room before spreading the coins. With now 40 coins, was the moment of truth, and no keys left I spent 2 gems on a Music room to get a useless car keys, and a necessary normal key, but also lowered the foundation elevator. Finally, made a Commisary, bought the four gems I could afford, and the items I could to get any key, and One of the options I draw was Foyer, expensive considering there was no passageway to draft next, but the best room I could ask for. I got Basement Key, and went back to Lab to open the last security door and set my steps to 40. Then Foundation, basement, reservoir, Inner sanctum, lever, and I ran back to the Foyer and finally opened that room 46 I had so many problems to get.

I sure spent a lot of time thinking, wich made me not get the speedrun trophy, but a 2 or 3 day run will be way easier since I don't need to meet that many conditions in only one run, and Apple orchard, gem mine and moving the mine cart can improve a lot.
