How to install Lightened Skyrim manually?

Hey folks. I know modloaders are better etc etc, but please just help me. I've already installed and played a bit with SkyUI, SkyUI Difficulty FIX, SSKE, AchievementEnabler, SSE Engine Fixes, Bug Fixes, Scrambled Bugs, Alchemy XP Fix, KeyboardShorcut Fixes and BethINI. So basically a very small very light almost vanilla modlist. But how do I install this? Thanks!!
