Has anyone had turbo actuator issues on the OM651?

My 2011 c250 has been giving me trouble quite a lot, its regularly kicking me into limp/safe mode and turning on the check engine light after or during a pull or some harder acceleration. Basically it would cut the power mid pull, choke a bit and then turn on the check engine light. On the diagnostic it showed an error with the boost pressure solenoid (B) which I replaced but its giving me the same issue afterwards.. Its also been having a rough idle at times but it would stop after a bit Im not sure what I should be looking at, the actuator or actuator’s seeing as it has a 2 head turbo with 2 actuators. Or if its the hoses being worn, leaking boost or being too soft when warmed up. Ive also seen there is another solenoid next to the one I replaced, a smaller one with one hose slot left empty, not sure what that one does (id assume open the egr) but if anyone has any ideas would be awesome
