Physical Ticket Redemption

Recently lost my ID and need to redeem a ticket for black coffee. Does anyone know/have experience with TicketEgypt physical ticket redemption using a photo of an ID? I know it says physical ticket required but half the rules they mention are always not enforced at all. Thanks.
