Did our spark fade or are we just exhausted?

I’ve been married for two years. Three months into our marriage, I got pregnant with our daughter. The year we got engaged we had very little sex. When we started our relationship five years ago, we used to have sex more than once a day and it was amazing. I don’t know if the spark has faded. I feel like I’m the only one who cares about this problem, although on the other hand, during the postpartum period I actually felt relieved to not have sex for a few months. Now I feel like it’s time to reconnect, but I’m not sure if my husband is on the same page. The truth is, we’ve never talked about it.

We’re very close friends, we get along incredibly well, and I’m very much in love. This is really the only area that feels like it’s missing. In general, we tend to set very hard-to-reach goals for ourselves, which stresses us out and exhausts us, and that’s why we have so little time to dedicate to our sex life. When we got engaged, we bought a house and had our wedding. We juggled everything to get the money we needed. Then I got pregnant. Now we have a young daughter. I don’t know if everything is lost or if this can be fixed. I’ve read different stories, but I think our sexual frequency is about four times a year? Way too little. What should we do?
