Signing contract

I’m in waiting on the Board coming up next week. If accepted do I have to go back to MEPS to sign or can I do it at the recruiters. If I have to go back to MEPS will my blood be taken or will I have another urinalysis. I’m just wondering because I always pass out giving blood and it took me almost 40 minutes to pee in front of everyone last time.
