[Feedback] My accounts MSQ is hard locked and I've had no ticket response in 10 days

TLDR: In early wipes I always leave quest items in my inbox because my stash always gets full (a bit of a hoarder). The required locked case was in my inbox and the timer expired. Now I can't do the craft to unlock it.

So When I got to the locked case turn in option in the MSQ, I decided to keep it instead of giving it to Prapor. When I chose to keep it, I apparently received, via in game mail (same system as quest rewards), the locked case. At the time I had zero reason to think check that because 1) I knew stuff was already in there waiting to be received so I ignored the alert icons and 2) according to the quest, I already had the brief case and I was just choosing to keep it instead of handing it over.

A few days pass and I make it out of labs with the signal jammer to unlock the case. I get the crafting recipe from Mechanic but when I go to the workbench, the case is missing. So I searched everywhere and eventually made a reddit post. Someone mentioned I should check my inbox and sure enough there's a message saying "It's yours now" with the (out of time) alert next to it.

So I because I never thought to check my messages, and because the MSQ uses the same quest reward system as regular tasks, I have zero way of progressing the MSQ by doing the craft in the hideout.

I put in a ticket to BSG support 10 days ago and while it says processing (it's said that for a while now) I still have zero response from them. Is there anyway someone might see this here from BSG and help me out? My desire to play the game is going away fast since I can't do any MSQ progression. I've played ETF for years and just doing another semi annual wipe isn't interesting to me.
