Leaving Husky Tool Boxes in an outdoor garage?

Super random but my wife recently purchased me the 46inch 9 drawer Husky workbench with the solid wood top while it was on sale. Problem is I don’t have like a heated or temp controlled area for it so it’s gonna sit in my detached garage in temps below freezing all winter.

Is this ok or do I need to do anything to it
