Looking for 3.7V COB LED strips

I am trying to do some cosplay wearables that need white backlighting and I am trying to find some COB LED strips that can run off some rechargeable 3.7V batteries. Looking at getting a board from Adafruit to connect the battery and LEDs to to allow for recharging of the battery packs that will be integrated into the costume
