Envoking the "No Surprises Act."

Has anyone involved the "No Surprises Act" of 2022 on any of the local area hospitals? Has it been successful?

I think I may need to envoke it, as I'm caught between a rock and a hard place with a local hospital's billing office and my insurance companies. Insurance is not paying at all and there has been no progress towards resolving that, so the hospital keeps billing me for the balance.

I refuse to be another casualty of the predatory healthcare insurance industry. (No insult to anyone who works for them - it's the greedy CEOs that are the problem, not you.)
