newbie

i don’t know anything about cars but i’m planning on buying my first car soon. i want to know what should i look for when im looking at a car? how do i know im getting a good deal? is it better to get a car during the winter(when snowing) or summer, if it matters? etc etc please give me tips i can use so i wont get swindled 😃
