Would you be able to tell if an east Asian person has Down syndrome?

I genuinely don’t mean for this to sound offensive, which is why I hope this is the correct sub for it. But with some of Asian people’s natural features (epicanthic folds, wider head shape or flatter face) would you be able to tell if one had Down syndrome?
