Thousand Sons: Changehost of Deceit roster question from a noobie.

Is the Changeling, Bluescribes, Changecaster, Burning Chariots, and others banned from the Changehost of Deceit? They're not on the app when selecting the detachment but the detachment description would definitely include them. Does anyone have a source one way or the other. I've seen, at least, the Changeling in play on popular Youtube channels.

Thanks in advance!
