What is graduating bottom of the class at Duke or Michigan like in terms of job prospects?

I am considering these schools and looking for any info on how the worst case scenario would pan out? I am smart but never was a diligent student so it is a real possibility.

Even with scholarships, not getting biglaw would definitely change the repayment/savings plan.

My preferred market would be CA but I am fine with anywhere in the nation.
