How good is Mr Durian for Raiden Shotgun?

I've been thinking of pulling Durin for my Raiden overload team. (Yes, I know that at C0 Raiden, Hyperbloom is most definitely better than any other team). My Raiden is C0 and I've been thinking to pull for C0 Chevy on Varesa/Xilonen's banner (assuming Chevy is there).

TLDR: Is Durin worth it for C0 Raiden with C0 Chevreuese specifically. I have his guarantee.
