7oh withdrawl and Paws

So I've been an active user for 10 years. 29 now but several years of heavy Norco use then 23 to 28 heavy on kratom with the occasional pain med. Last 7 months heavy 7oh use. I had the occasional month here and there sober then fell back in my ways. Well I'm 14 days off now, recently married and Have a new house with real responsibilities. I'm mortified about the Post acute withdrawal aspect of it. Can I get a serious time frame on when my energy and depression will go away? Will anything help? Considering trt treatment with serious exercise. Also on a small dose of prozac atm. Appreciate y'all.
