Creating a modded NPC Replacer / Game Freezing

I have played with mods for a while, but I am new to the whole creating mods.

I am working on an NPC replacer rn for personal use ( maybe I can publish it one day )

Anyways, I made one NPC Replacer and after working out some kinks, I got it figured out. He works fine with no issues. I moved on to making the second NPC and it looks like the replacer is working, however whenever I get close to her my game just freezes, I can still hear music but that is all. I have rebuild the facegen to get the SMP hair I use working in Nifskope maybe 5 times ( same process I used for the first NPC ) I cannot find any information on this and am desperatly looking for the fix so I can continue my project and hopefully have an answer if it happens again.
