Going to see a vet tomorrow

So my guinea pig has had her abscess popped like 2 days now and ive been trying my best to clean her. Theres no foul smell. I spray this topical for cuts and abrasions and use water and a paper towel to clean her.

My question is that if I go in for the exam would they also clean her up? The lady told me that I have to pay 84 flat for the exam but will they charge for the cleaning too? Im short on cash for meds but I hear that I can use my fsa account for pets with people with a lmn signed. Does anyone know how i can obtain record. I have anxiety and my guinea pigs are literally my emotional support animals. So I just dont know how to get this signed. Do I need my therapist and the vet to sign the LMN letter
