Is anyone playing GMT'S People Power?

I'm very familiar with the topic, but have had a tough time running the bots. Understanding what actions they can take and when, etc.

Years ago I bought Andean Abyss, so I'm familiar with the COIN concept. I know People Power is supposed to be relatively simple, but it doesn't feel simpler.
