Please help I just want know these symptoms mean

I just want to know whether these symptoms could be related to pancreatitis, because nothing appears on the CT scan or ultrasound. I have also had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy, and those tests were normal. I am really scared that I might have pc. I have been experiencing left upper abdominal pain that radiates to my shoulder, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, floating yellow stool, weight loss, headaches, chills, occasional fevers, and symptoms similar to diabetes, such as a sweet taste in my mouth, dry mouth, dizziness, frequent urination, thirst, and increased hunger. I am very scared and worried that it could be pc, and I am afraid that I might already have diabetes, as it runs in my family. I also worry that something may have been missed on the CT scans. I do not know whether this is pancreatitis or pc, and I am really terrified. I am only 21.
